It was indeed a great achievement for the Nehru Gram Bharati University that

a multidisciplinary Journal named 

Journal of Nehru Gram Bharati University (JNGBU) 

has been launched during the valedictory function of International Conference on Radiation, Cancer and Society (ICRCS) on November 27, 2012.   

the gracious presence of Prof. A.K. Bakshi, VC-UPRTOU, Allahabad; Prof. Pradeep Bhargava, Director, GBPISS, Allahabad; Prof. Mohi Rezvani, University of Readings, U.K. ; Prof. Y. Matsomoto, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan and all my colleagues  is memorable.
